OK my ladies ~ What we have here is a one of a kind top made of pearls. It came from my Step-Grandmother to me 26 years ago.It is actually amazing that this sweater of pearls has made it for close to a century and is still like brand new. Thanks in part to my Grandmother who kept it in this garment bag, then passed down to me for the last 26 years. Not even a moth bite.It is an amazing piece of work, in many ways!! It is in perfect condition, not one pearl is missing as far as I can see. I have kept it in the garment bag that it came in, pictured above, and it will also come with the top. It is absolutely beautiful on and would stop traffic!! I wore it with a winter white skirt and winter white heels to a Christmas party and it is really an attention getter. You feel like a Princess or Queen, whichever the case may be. The tag says: Elliette International, Hand Made in British Colony Hong Kong.
70% Lambs Wool, 20% Angora Rabbit Hair, 10%Nylon.
It is very very soft inside. I am starting this on the high side but thats because it is one of a kind and has quite an amazing history. You will never see another just like it! THERE ARE NO CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE BUT I WOULD TAKE IT TO THE DRYCLEANERS IF YOU FELT YOU NEEDED TO CLEAN IT. I JUST TURNED IT INSIDE OUT AND LET IT AIR OUT.

I use to smoke, I now vape (vaping on the vaporized cigarettes, works wonders!) but the top was in the closet inside a garment bag.

Would you consider GINing this to me for 7500 credits? My son is getting married in May and I want to wear this!!! I love it's history and I wish there was something this amazing in my family to wear!! I have a terminal disorder called Huntington's Disease and I pretty much live in a wheelchair and I'm worried about how I'll look in photographs in my chair but if I had this amazing pearl sweater I just know I'll not be embarrassed to take pictures and wheel down the Isle!! I haven't been to a mall in over 5 years because I'm always exhausted and its to much work!!! I joined listia so I could find the perfect dress for his wedding but when I saw this and read it's inspirational history I knew this was really it!!! Please give me the opportunity to start a new history with your grandmother work of art,!!!!

Thank you very much!! Its the pearls and sequins. Not any missing that I can tell. It very seldom ever left the garment bag. Only 2-3 times while in my possession, and if my Grandmother wore it it would have been only a couple of times if at all. She kept it in the same garment bag.that I have it in and that will come with the top to whoever wins it.

It says its a Large, but I wear a medium and it fits me fine. I think it could fit a M or L.
