None that I could see. t does have some wear to it, but just normal wear from reading it. That's why when I looking it up in the Comic Book Guide (from the year 2000, an old version), I only guessed it at fair to good condition. I am not a comic book grader, though. That's also why I figured if I guess it to be only in "fair to good" condition, I figured its better that way. I truly think its in better shape than that, but thought I should grade it lower than what I think so if its better than that, then the buyer will be happy. :-) Hope this helps!
