It says that the size is Women's XL- what size (number wise) do you think this would fit? Does it run small or large? or true to size? The woman for whom I'd buy it is pretty plump and I'd hope it would fit her...

well...to be honest I'm a male and i bought it for me. I'm xl - xxl . However i didn't try it on and when I got home I saw the zipper was on the left side... I was bummed out that I bought a ladies coat. soo....I think it will fit a woman xl to a fitting xxl because I spot checked it for me...hope this helps you. ..
