The listing, NEW! Gorgous Genuine Ruby Inside Out Hoop Earrings has ended.

Up for auction is agorgous pair of Genuine Ruby earrings with 42 rubbies totaling almost 1.6 ctw. I'm not sure what the metal is. All I found stamped on them is "FAS" for the maker and "THAI". They measure almost 3/4 inch across with lever backs. There are 12 rubbies on the outside of each earring with 9 rubbies on the inside.

Its not tht I dont think or believe she isn't-I understand if ones arent B4 end of auction-dont trust to ship to these per Listia. Did I get it wrong then-I believe ones have to give verified address at end of auction or they loose points/item too. (I have very-very low S.S Disability-an I always wanna ship free.) Thx Ula

Believe us she is definitely verified!!And flate rate priority shipping for a small box is 5.80 and comes with tracking and 50.00 insurance. If it was being shipped that way then the price was real..I usually charge half and pay the other half. Shipping like that gets expensive when we dont really get money out of this, but if we pay 5.80 a person and more if its bigger...none of us are rich and Ive paid it for that kind of shipping.

I always offer free shipping on everything and it gets expensive. Plus alot of my items I buy to list, so I can use the points to buy things. Going to cut back on Listia after the beginning of the year. Listia has helped alot with Christmas presents and birthday presents, so I'm grateful for that.

Wiggles, if I may-if you bid on my auction 4 instance how would I know u have a verified address to ship to? When I go to your handle n see the places 4 badge address verification it dont show it? I tell ones tht bid auctions to be verified B4 end or can loose points/item won. And I to have been ripped off on here-cost me $5.00 ship an the persons handle was (2011 top ebay seller!) Thankfully I had paypal an they gave me back my five. At end of auction when I get these at end of auction tht Listia says arent verified address-Listia says if they're not could be taken? I've had many not verified and then they get upset with me when they lose points an item.? Thx Ula

when I win something the auction page will say something like "send your address" I click that and it will take me to a page that has my name and address and I click the box next to it and hit "send now". If a person has been selling or buying on here long enough, they should have verified addresses. Also, protect yourself by writing that down on your auctions that you will only ship to verified addresses and points will be kept if verified addresses aren't provided within I think it's 7 days. Check out Listia rules to make sure all this is correct and you can also ask Listia customer service for advice. They are pretty good about advice. I'm going to start doing that too. I'm not sure about the badge verification thing. I'm going to look thru the rules myself and find out some of this.

hi- can you verify yourself pls?
how to:

1) Go to your name on top right of page and click on the blue dot next to it & scroll down to MY LISTIA.

2) On the next page, on the left hand side, scroll down to ACCOUNT SETTINGS, and click on VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT.

3) On next page, fill out all the necessary "verifications" applicable to you. It may be all, or some, like your phone number, your credit card or bank. Usually everyone has Facebook, but not everyone has Twitter. To learn more, click where it says LEARN MORE ABOUT VERIFICATION.

4) After you're finished with this section, on this same page scroll down again to ACCOUNT SETTINGS and click on SAVED SHIPPING ADDRESSES, if you haven't done this yet.

5) On the next page, go ahead and add your address and then click on VALIDATE ADDRESS to save it. After that is done, then from now on every time you win an auction, you just have to click on your saved address to send it to the seller.

I already have verified my shipping address when I first started selling on here about a year and a half ago. I don't do facebook or twitter becouse my extended family are a bunch of nuts and are always trying to drag me into their family arguments (like who needs that right :) ) I don't bid on things with shipping cost so I didn't verify my checking account. I do have my trusted sellers badge though and excellent feedback, so I hope that shows people that I'm not a liar or a theif.
I always put tracking on my items so people can track their items.

These are beautiful earrings. The ruby is my Birthstone. One meaning for FAS (online reference) Fantastic Antique Silver company----no longer in business, Or another meaning is ( Per online reference) Fused Alloy Silver--(A bit of some kind of metal-Infused). I think you're right about "THAI" stands for Thailand and the "FAS" I think means Fused Alloy Silver. I think the base metal is brass. The web site I bought them off of only had Genuine Ruby Inside Out Hoop Earrings for the discription and how many total carats but nothing about what the metal is. They were just too pretty to pass up :)
