You have to have a cuttlebug roller machine or a sizzix roller machine to use them. You put this and a piece of paper together, roll them through the machine and it embeds the image on the embossing folder onto the paper :)

do u have a machine to use them? I do but I dont emboss, I only do die cuts.

I have a cuttlebug machine, I love to use the dry embossing templates. I have a bunch.
