its activated, but its activated under your name and address/email and password...to use it, the winner will have to have that info to log in to change the password... you will give that information? or perhaps change the email and password for the winner before you send it out? ty

i just bought one at walmart and i have to say it suxs...i saw on tv that there is a lawsuit going on cuz its not what thay say it is....i tried to watch fraggle rock and it took me to a site with just clips of the show not full episodes.
