I don't have time to test the games, so they will be sold AS-IS.

will you be putting the CD's in at least paper sleaves to protect them and also how badly are they scratched

Yes, they will be sent in individual paper CD sleeves. The scratches are minor. I am just trying to get rid of some older games that I won't play again.
