it is brand new and does not say on the box but you would think so but i have not opened it so sorry i'm not much help.

i dont know why you would think you won't get it ...lol just got 2 cover all situations things sometimes do get lost or damaged through the mail weather we like it or not that is just the way things happen and I don't need mean peeps yelling and freaking out if they don't get things the way they are supose to be becouse of the post office / weather or anything else that is out of my control . so sorry if that freaked you out it is not meant to freak anyone out don't worry just got to be cautious.
