By inhalation, lavender is used as aromatherapy for insomnia, pain, and agitation related to dementia.
I don't know how effective any of the claim for lavender are however, I love the way it smells and it makes me happy.

If the same person should win two or more of my auctions on the same day I will include a nice surprise, either an extra plum colored sachet or some ceramic stars to do with as you please.

I didn't. It's an idea though...being a potter I once decided I should dig my own clay! I am so glad I gave that one up! Haha! Then when I began weaving I wondered about keeping a sheep.....etc
