This is used, it is missing the slot cover where you put gameboy advance games in. A few light surface scratches on the screens but you can't tell when its on. It is dusty, hasn't been played in a while.

No problem, I had to check and make sure I didn't accidently list it twice, I have done that before with a dvd because my computer glitched and didn't realize it until a day later.

Are the cartridges the same as you use in a DS?

Yes, I think ds, ds lite and dsi all use the same cartridges. I don't know about a 3ds, we've never had one of those. f b
