The listing, 4"heels-size 9.5. GIN usage waives shipping has ended.

Gorgeous Velvet 4 inch black heels with a patent leather over the foot strap.
There are stunning the the LBD, or for dressier jeans look. I bought them, and can no longer wear heels, so have maybe been worn 2x.

I do have to charge a small shipping charge as there are a little heavier- but it will be waived if the GIN is used. I accept paypal only for the fee. The fee only covers about half the shipping charge.

I'm sorry- maybe someone else will bid on them. $5.00 is only half of the shipping cost, so it just gets expensive to always offer free shipping,
