Honestly, I'm not sure. I tried googling it but can't find anything - just what it says on the packaging from the watch I put on here.

Does it say if you can program it for intervals?

I'm sorry - it really doesn't say. The only thing it does say about intervals is under the setting of the Chronograph Mode - setting it in the Chronograph Mode counts 1/100th of a second interval for the first 1 hour of timing ( 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds ) and then 1 second increment up to a maximum of 24 hours ( 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds )

Hope this helps - it's all I see on the packaging.
