I am so bad at explaining stuff, lol, but I will try, and if it doesn't make sense, maybe someone else can help me out with it :) it is a setting spray that goes on once your makeup is done, and helps to make it last longer, and help to keep stuff from fading as fast, Like a barrier between your makeup and the air, etc... like hairspray holds your hair, this helps to"hold" your makeup.
