Does it really text? Does it have wifi?

Hi, this is a TOY. I haven't played with it, it is not a Cell Phone so I wouldn't think it would REALLY text but provide an PLAY type text. I'm not sure people realize the difference between a toy and an electronic device sometime but this is definitely a toy. Thanks!
