I make them, so, yes, they are new...and I send them in envelopes, with the magnets sticking to each other so they don't get stuck in mail boxes. They are delivered first class without tracking. Sometimes I send out 20 or 25 packages at a time, I'm not one that pays 80 cents each extra for tracking. I have all my receipts that I save showing when they are sent. And, being that they are all custom done, they may not be perfect, but, I've had only a few complaints in the over 1,000 sales I've had....that's as honest of an answer that I can give!
