Does this tool make and set the brads (are they typically two different actions)? I've heard about brad setters, but not brad makers. Thanks for the help!

The punches are for the brad maker they punch out the size you need for the brad you have 3 sizes hense the 3 punches all of this together is worth close to $150.00 dollars you can use paper cloth mulberry pretty much anything
