This is a 80 gig Seagate Barracuda Hard drive. I did wipe it clean, but my computer couldn't/wouldn't recognize it because it do not like 2 hard drives hooked up at once. So I cannot guarantee anything other then I wiped it. But from what I seen it does work. This hard drive comes AS IS. But it should work.

this is a Sata hard drive correct? not a pata/ide hard drive for laptop? I know it says sata in the description I was just checking, am looking for a pata/ide. :)
