The 4th pick in the 1967 draft, Carlton Fisk came up with the Boston Red Sox and won the 1972 Rookie of the Year award. best known for his home run in the 1975 World Series, Fisk was an 11 time All Star who won a Gold Glove and 3 Silver Slugger Awards. Fisk's number was retired by both teams he played with (Boston and the Chicago White Sox), and Fisk was selected to the Hall of Fame in Copperstown, New York in 2000.
