Have you ever tried to get a power supply for this t.v., trying to get it is like pulling teeth from a tiger. I went to get it one and they wanted to charge me 200-250 dollars.
Do you own this model of tv? do you work on things like this al of the time! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-JSK3220-007E-LCD-Power-Supply-Free-Ship-/261335659445?pt=US_TV_Boards_Parts_Components&hash=item3cd8d1b3b5
Look at this $99 for brand new Power supply and you could get a good used one for less. and FYI don't ever buy parts from a retailer like sears, Best buy or an independent repairman they are going to really mar up the prices.
Unfortunately to replace the power supply is more than 4 screws, 4 screws is to remove the stand, then there is roughly 12-16 screws to get the back off, then you need to remove the back without breaking any of the clips that hold it in place, then to remove the power supply circuit board there is 5 real tiny screws and a tool is needed to remove the board, then vise versa when installing but getting the part is not only expensive , it is hard to find. I don't mean to talk down about your auction, but I just want everyone to know that it's not just 4screws and your good.
This tv will come with back off no screws in it , There are no clips holding it on it just pops off, the stand isn't on it and its missing screws to stand because it wasn't on when I got it and I will have to find the screws to back and also there are no 5 real tiny screws hold in the power sup its just 4 screws like that of a computer side panel cover. and 2 plugs to plug in the board, Input (120 AC and output)
Stop trying to scare my loyal customers away I am really stressed trying to get a 3500 square foot house on the market by Monday so... your making it worse.
yeah- like being rude, a bad speller, blaming your "smart" phone or ipad for simple mistakes, etc......get the house done or don't! but don't be rude to people! :( we all have problems and yours btw sounds like a very minor one. try health problems, a sick child, limited education, the winter w/o a jacket, our troops for crying out loud who are defending our gr8 country w/a bad government! put yourself in someone eles'e shoes- anyone's really and just like that, your 3,500 sq foot home is just a building- one that a lot of ppl could use right now, not just a single family!!!!!! BTW- I am not poor. Wasn't raised poor. But- I see poor everyday and choose not to overlook it!!!!!! :( I have an education and I still don't see where you get the idea it is ok to be impolite for simple questions that you have to take out of your time to answer. I say- GTF off if you can't be nice to people's comments/questions. Better yet- donate the stupid t.v. with a brand-new $60 cord to a homeless shelter or a battered children's shelter!
I appreciate your need to help the needy but my family was the head of a Program called Putnam share last year and we are way to busy rite now to do anything like that and have already donated 2 Box truck loads to Goodwill and also have not a penny to our name so its hard to do anything for the needy when you kind of are stripped of every recourse to do so. And I thought I would put this TV I have no money to repair on here instead of hauling it off to scrap yard of setting it out in the trash hoping someone who needs it would want it.
Ok I got an Estimate from USPS and this is just an Estimate $66.00 but I eyeballed the box so... Once I put the real info in it could be a (little) more or a little less but that gives you a ballpark price.
