I read on another of your auctions the reason you're letting them go. My condolences to you and yours. I will never say to anyone "I know how you feel", because no one ever could ... but I can say I've worn similar shoes on a similar path more than once, as I lost the man I lived with for almost 14 years 6 days before Christmas in 2003 - and my ex passed away barely a year ago (I've also lost my parents and 3 sisters - only my 2 brothers and I are left). My ex and I had been in touch over the past year and while we'd both "moved on" with our lives, that never lessened our love for each other. I hope your sorrow eases quickly and allows only the best of memories to remain. Time does NOT "heal all wounds", but it does recede a bit and provide us with a different perspective. Over the years, I've come to believe that we cannot truly lose what we have already gained ... and I know that we WILL see our loved ones again, one fine day. Until then, he watches over you. I know words do not help lessen the depths of such grief, but sometimes words are all we can offer one another. Peace be with you.

thank you for your words.it was rough to lose him then 2 years later i lost the new love of my life to alcohol abuse.i too have lost both parents and 1 brother when he was 8.the rest of my siblings(6) are alive and well.

Wow i am so sorry for your many losses. Though i also cant say i know how you feel i have lost alot of loved ones and amazing friends . Its hard to lose anyone you love, I cant imagine loosing the love of my life. My condolences to you
