This is an LG AT&T prepaid touchscreen phone. It needs a battery and sims card. It also does not have a back, but if you have the battery, you can use a phone cover to hold it in place. Phone worked well last time used which was a couple years ago. SOme scratches on screen, but they do not affect view. Has camera,plays video and if I remember correctly, it records video. SOLD AS IS>>>>NO REFUNDS.
