Description

The listing, Gothic Medieval Short Short/Dagger Fury Sports Cutlery BNIB *AMAZING and Fun Collectors Piece* has ended.

*Last One* The are going fast so if you like this piece Get it while it's Hot=)

This Auction is for a Gorgeously and Ornately Decorated "Gothic Medieval" Blade with Sheath. This is BNIB! This Wonderful Piece is 1' 7" in total length from the tip of the sheath and it is 1'6" in total with the Sheath off. The Blade is 11" long. The Hilt measures 5 and 1/2" across. The Sheath fits Securely over the blade. It is the ornate tip on this sheath that adds the extra length to it. Some of the Pictures might seem odd but I wanted to capture some of the really wonderful details in this piece.

This is another remainder from our Brick and Mortar Store which we had to close unexpectedly due to illness. I hadn't listed any of the blades yet because i thought they would be great as Christmas gifts. So this is BRAND NEW AND IN THE BOX as you see in the picture. The last pic shows the front of the outside of the box. This really is an AMAZING PIECE and an incredible deal. One of the GREAT things about Listia. You can get something that maybe you wouldn't with out it.

Retails for $44.99

This is a GREAT HOLIDAY GIFT for the collectot in your life.

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look. Please, if you have any questions I encourage you to ask. Pieces like this are so hard to capture in Pictures or in words. I do my best to reply to all questions and comments in a timely manner!

**While I should not have to say this because you should be 18 to bid on Listia I will none the less. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO BID ON THIS AUCTION. If you bid on this auction and you are not 18 I will keep the credits and re-list. (you know if I didn't put that on there I would end up having problems so thank you for putting up with me having to do so)

Have Fun, Good Luck, and Happy Bidding!

Namaste

It has not been "blunted" so I don't suggest trying to stab anyone unless incarceration is your ultimate goal. However I wouldn't rely on it as my home Defense system. (I personally use ammo and a LARGE Dog for that) Sadly there aren't many Smiths and Metal Workers around making 300 fold steel swords and daggers anymore. So I would go with more decorative. However I will say because I am not going to get sued "Not for Use by Children and the Homicidal" Thank you for taking a look and for asking the question. (It would cut a loaf of bread or stab a melon but honestly I haven't tested one much further than that. The only reason I know about the bread is because for our sons birthday my hubby thought it would be hilarious to cut the cake with a sword he has made by the same company I promise I didn't around stabbing different things just to see) Sorry about spelling and grammar error but I am laughing really hard thinking about it=)

I was jk about the stabbing. Trying to entertain myself and ask a legitimate question at the same time X] lol. Anyways, yes a dog & a gun is always the way to go =]

It is all good I knew exactly what you you were asking but then all I could do was think about all the things my husband tried to cut. Then he pulled out his large broad sword actually made by a Smith to take a bidding and then fruit started flying. I hope I answered your question in a way that was both entertaining and informative. I really did appreciate the question both for the smile and laughs and because it is a good question=)

Do you have to clean this in any way over time or can you keep it inside the sheath? (Using it as decoration)

You can keep them inside the sheaths and they will stay pretty for years. We have one that have been on our wall for literally 10 years and they look like they day we bought them. However if you take them out a lot then yes you are going to have to clean them once a year. Great Question and thanks so much for asking=)

I haven't listed a sword yet=) lol I have listed a few daggars. The swords wont be free shipping. Here is the shortest I can tell the story. I have Cancer...it is the reason that I had to close my multi-faith metaphysical shop so two massive tumors and 8 surgeries later I can't lift more than a coffee pot. My hubby carries boxes up one by one and I share them with you. Hubby left for Korea last Saturday so i will just be going through the boxes I have up here right now. I do have some swords that I will share on here but like i said I can't afford to do free shipping on those. Thanks for asking though. The daggers up now..well one up now is the last for a while ...All but this one GIN'd long before they were over. I appreciate your interest though.
