The listing, Like New - "Discussing the Da Vinci Code" - Paperback has ended.

Like New - "Discussing the Da Vinci Code" by Stroble & Poole - Read only once and unmarked - First as a runaway bestselling novel and then as a blockbuster movie, The Da Vinci Code has fascinated millions. Its allegations against historic Christianity are colorfully portrayed---but are they true, or merely inaccurate accounts of centuries-old myths and heresies? Enjoy riveting revelations with noted experts---and prepare for some lively discussions as your group explores provocative issues raised by The Da Vinci Code. Four sections address the following questions: 1. What Can History Really Tell Us? 2. Can We Trust the Four Gospels? 3. What's the Role of Women in Christianity? 4. Is Jesus the Son of God? This is the discussion guide that includes questions, sidebar information, background material, Bible verses, and relevant quotes. It is designed to be a DVD-guided small group discussion forum, but is also a good read as a stand alone text. The DVD does NOT accompany this, but is readily available online for about 1$ if you wish to have it for a discussion group. Smoke free home. I'll ship free in the US.

Thanks. It's a little choppy to read without the DVD, but I still really enjoyed it. Very thought provoking with great references :-)
