I am having the same problem right now 2 people have not claimed they got their items yet and I sent like 7 things out at one time, and they are the only two claiming they haven't got their items yet and they were my higher selling items.

My tracking is not showing up on one of my items but that's not my fault it's the post offices fault

I know and people will not pay for confirmation numbers on items that they know could be stamp mailed. Listia knows most of the items are stamp mailed. Plus a bunch are digital delivery. How do those sellers prove they sent the digital ones? It's not fair. They don't even take my feedback into consideration.
