It states "it's as easy as comparing apples to apples...just open the box, deal the cards, and you're ready to play! Select the card from your hand that you think is best described by the card played by the judge. If the judge picks your card, you win that round." What happens is you take turns being the "judge". The judge will have a deck of cards that say something like "shocking". The player have cards that describe different things and they lay down a card that they think best pertains to "shocking." The judge then decides which player put down the best card and that player wins. It can be pretty funny.
