Hello; I have a nice edition to any collector's shelves. This is a Tom Sawyer edition with many illustrations. The binding is black & worn but in good condition. Outside of pages are a little rough from wear & tear, but overall good....and the binding is loose front & back, but is still attatched. There are several illustrations and would make a wonderful addition to your collection. There is what appears to be Mark Twains autograph. Not sure if it's for real, but it sure looks like it. It reads: This is the Authorized Uniform Edition of all my books. Mark Twain. It is volume XX. Thanks & Good Luck! Paypal is accepted and shipping for this item is $8.50, insurance will be more. I have three of the same books and this "autograph" is a reproduction, I also have Poe, Dickens and Wilde. Apparently this was a common thing to mass produce. Nice book though.

If nothing else, we all get to learn a lot about autographs in old books with this. Nice auction, nice book. Even just reading the book would be worth having it.

I looked around and this one is a mass produced printing, and we not actually signed by Mark Twain (at least not in person. It could however could copy of his sig, not sure though). for more info look at this website

That is a real signature. You can go online here through different website and find it. All of the hand writings are a tad different form what is here. But that is how you see it. If it was all of them would look the same. I know I dont sign my name perfect each and every time. :) Hope it helps. Have a loving day God Bless

I'm so sorry to hear that. I had trouble on her at one time and and a friend says he is also having problems with this. IKt was the pic size for me. So i took it down to the lowest o could. And if that dont work please write to Listia. These guys are wonderfull to help us out on here. I'm going to go ahead and Bid on this. If it's not real, it wont be the first time.
