The listing, 1970's Vintage record player has ended.

(left in the photo)
Found this baby in the trash, could you believe it? It turns on and spins, even put a new needle in it (cost me 20$), but it looks like the transistor is broked, so it's purely decorative for now, unless someone can fix it.
It's a bit beat up, but it does look neat
The thing's heavy, i don't think i could ship it
Local pickup only, i spent 20$ on a new needle, that might be the most expensive part of it!

I know, me to! I had a little toy one that had Superman on it, that was kicka** back in the day!
Too bad this one doesn't work, it would have been awesome to listen to some of my old 33's

I don't have the radio anymore.

Well, a few months ago i found that old radio at a yard sale, got it for 2$! I didn't check to see if it worked, so when i brought it home i plugged it in.
At first, it did work somewhat (though it sounded horrible), I left it on while i went to go get something from the kitchen.
Suddenly the thing started smoking and melting, it set the newspaper it was on on fire and it ended up destroying the radio, a desklamp, and the table before i was able to put it out.
So, with the radio turned in to a black lump of plastic, i threw it out.
