Ahh installing this would be as easy as installing in a desktop you pop the tower door off walah or if your on a laptop you have to unscrew it..... F&W Nice for older laptops and would find a good home for it

ram installation can vary from company and models. some have a door on the bottom of the laptop and some require that you remove laptop parts or components. be sure to dowload manual from company and your exact model.

@jamesleechavez the best method I have found to make sure memory is compatible with a system is to go to www.crucial.com and run their memory scanner. This will tell you how much memory you have installed in your system currently, as well as how much and what type and speed of memory your system supports.

takes about 10 mins if that. is alot easier to install laptop then desktop. Desktop u have to take the computer apart almost. Oh make sure you take battery out 1st.

Laptop is very easy to install these. U just open the door on the bottom of the laptop by removing the screws that hold the door closed and they just pop in place then u closed the door and tighten the screws.

You should specify that this is Laptop memory.... not "computer memory" so as to not confuse the technically disadvantaged. Just sayin'.
