First, you have the First Day Cover with the official First Day of Issue Postmark from New York, NY. Then you have the collector's card that outlines the details of the stamp including the date and city of first issue, the designer and a background on the stamp itself. Finally, you have a 22 carat gold replica of the stamp sealed inside the First Day Cover envelope. All of this is put out by the Postal Commemorative Society. Also include here is the membership kit for joining their Society if you were so inclined.

The stamp in question here is the Old Glory Silk Bookmark issued April 3rd, 2003 in New York.
