This is a cell phone holder that can be worn on your wrist by elastic on the back. It also has a loop for carrying it on your belt. I put a Razor phone in so you can see the largest size phone it will hold. ****PHONE NOT INCLUDED, HOLDER ONLY*** The measurements are 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 X approx 1 1/2. This is perfect for the person who walks or runs. And makes it simple to find the phone in the middle of the night! It is used. And although I cleaned it as best as I can, it does come from a house with smokers and animals. It has been put away in a separate room to avoid smoke. I used it maybe 6 times before i bought a phone to big for it. Excellent condition.**SORRY, NOT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
