You can send these in a small paper letter envelope with one stamp. I have successfully send many small items in them.

shipping is 2.07 plus .90 for tracking which is $2.97 and if pay pal is used which is the safest way to send money that is also extra plus the cost of supplies and gas to get to the post office. yes actually I should be charging more, I just like to help people in need when I can.

to put it in an envelope with one stamp is crazy, than the "winner" would pay for shipping anyhow and it would upset them because it was not mentioned in the listing.
an envelope can only have paper type items anything bigger is 2.07 for the minimum
