This is a NICE pre-owned petite dress sz. 8P by HENRY LEE Petites, made in USA!! It is made of 100% woven polyester in a LOVELY red and black plaid, long sleeves, complete button front with nice size blazer style black buttons, mock black pocket trim, stand up collar with black trim, and shoulder pads. This dress at some point had a belt, but it has been lost in the shuffle, however any nice black belt would look awesome with this dress, the braided thread belt loops are still intact, or if you prefer you could do what I have done many times: cut the loops off and go without a belt. It would look smashing without one in my opinion. Approximate measurements lying flat one way across:bust: 19 1/4", waist: 18 1/4", hips 19 1/4". Length from back neck seam to hem: 43".
