2 colors of Patron yarn . One is mint green and other is light blue. tried to show contrast in pics. you also get one skein of cajun cotton .medium blue. These yarns are bumpy. They have texture. Colors are not accurate...sorry

Which thickness of yarn is it? Does it show which crochet hook to use?

It is called cotton cooler. it is machine wasable and dryable distributed by susan Bates. Acrylic, cotton and polyester and seems to be single ply with bumbs on it . hope that helps does not suggest hook size but I would say f or smaller
