Yes u can record your voice and transfer to pc using the sd card. Will record as a wav file

I am totally not sure about this. I'm sorry, I haven't unpackaged it and tried anything, in an effort to keep it new. Bought this as a "big reward" for my school's most improved students, but it did not come in until summer.
