Not sure but I did see on someone else that they said paypal was like giving cash which is against the rules bule I really have no idea that's just hearsay. Would u do ebay?

Paypal gift cards may be against the rules to put up for auction, but that may not apply if its a winners choice. If the winner wants paypal, I dont see why they shoudlnt be allowed to pick that.
