No, that's a good question, actually! And, no, they are not for hair..they are little silly bandz that the kids collect...what for, I don't know...it was a fad a while back and my daughter had to have all of them! Now, she's older she really doesn't seem to care about such things...they would be more for a younger child maybe 7-10 years of age, I'd venture to say...
