34 inches but it can be stretched out to be made bigger

when u say runs small about what size would it be?

its not overly large, it fits to size. and if u wash it it can be stretched out and dried flat. or it can be thrown in the dryer and fit to size. but its not a huge shirt. I would say it fits to size. its a just my size tshirt short sleeves.
