1997 the United States Post Office issued the 32 cent Looney Tunes Stamp Collection starring Bugs Bunny & all the Looney Tunes crew along with "The TAZ ". They also put his head on this pen and called it a collector's pen.The head of the Tasmanian Devil is on the pocket hook..I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it's pewter...there is also a silver band with a replica of the Bugs Bunny stamp sketched in black wrapped around the pen.
This particular pen is still in its original packaging & has never been used although the package shows some wear..after all it is 16 years old!
The price on the back shows $14.99.
