these are new but package is a little beaten up. the reason i listed size as approximate is because these were from another country. it does say on the back 10-12 but i was not sure if that was the months or not so i googled shoe sizes and these measure 4 1/2" and all sites say these are a size 4 to 4.5 and that is supposed to be 9 - 12 months.please measure or read the info on the second photo to make sure this will fit before purchase or if you have a newborn you have no problem because he will grow into them
