Thanks for responding, I've thought about it..not sure. Just seems like if you have to give your credit card, create account ( which is just agreement to enroll) it is a purchase. I know that you can cancel after one month...free trial. But still think its a purchase. Not super cut and dry. Listia may have to make the call.

Yes but to create the account you have to have a credit card. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. You won't get the service without a credit card. I know, I've had it before and didn't like. It's like netflix.

No where in my comments said that you have to pay. I did say you have to supply your credit card to get it though. You may not have lied but you also didn't explain everything. It is a FREE month of movies with 4 credits a month of any movie at a redbox kiosk.
