Up for auction is a Hand Drawn Spoof Imakuni?'s PC (Personal Computer/Pass Card, unsure which it entails) Pokemon/Pocket Monsters Card. It's Japanese, Never released outside of Japan, and is from Vending Series 3 - Extended Green Sheet. This was one of the miscellaneous Handdrawn cards in the set. There were also Extra Rule cards and Decklist cards. The Handdrawn ones were the rarest of the rare cards in the set.

This is a Google image. I just wanted to list something, but since I don't have internet, and I don't carry my cards with me wherever I go, this will do until I can get an actual picture. The actual card is in NM-Mint condition.

This card's translation:
really no effect, just nonsense. It reads:
"Imakuni? has a PC too. On days off he gets inside it and remembers all sorts of memories." and then, the other text says:
"I'm doing "Imakuni?'s Evolution Campaign" all by myself. But no matter what I do I can't evolve."

This card is not allowed in Standard Play.

It will be shipped in a studly white envelope with an even more studly stamp on it. I don't include tracking or insurance on this, unless otherwise asked. If you ask for it, shipping will be on YOU. I also put all nice cards like this one in toploaders and conceal them nicely, so they will arrive 99% of the time.
Small packages are sent free to Canada and US. No other international shipping.

Refunds:
No refunds unless your item is stolen/lost or damaged in the mail. If you don't see it in ohh... 2 weeks or a little less after I claim to have sent it, or receive this card with any damage (well, not NM-Mint, may have a little damage, nothing major), let me know and I'll go beat up the postal workers.
