Directions- Many ways to get more beautiful skin:
** Apply your favorite sheet mask, then apply the silicone mask, wear in the bath/sauna.
** Apply homemade mask (save money!) then apply silicone mask, wear in shower/bath then rinse with cold water.
** Use silicone mask alone while in bath/sauna, your moisturizer will absorb better afterwards.
