For free shipping i have always only sent bluray disc and artwork only NO case otherwise it costs me up to 10 dollars to ship from canada to some USA zip codes. And i ship a lot! So i wouldn't be able to afford free shipping otherwise.
I always ship in protected bubble wrap envelopes. Haven't had a problem yet. People usually don't mind as everybody usually has spare cases or books they use. Cheers
