this is adobe creative suite 5.5 design standard for PC it is student and teacher licensing i have the product key code for it which will be included with it and it is slightly used i am getting rid of it becuase i dont use it anymore since i have the green screen

Considering you have already loaded it on your computer and registered it in your name, I'm pretty sure that noone else can actually use it.

it can be installed on 2 or 3 more computers with this code but i will provide the info needed to reregister it and get a new code if this one does not work

Will you be including the code that Adobe issued after verification of your student ID and enrollment verification? It will be useless to get it activated if you cannot provide those because your not supposed to "SELL" the product after verified through adobe. That means anyone else cannot use the serials provided to re-activate as a separate user.
