Once you turn on the router and connect the Ethernet cable. you launch a browser and an auto configuration wizard will guide you through the necessary steps to connect other devices and internet.

Yes, there is an Ethernet Cable that that you use for initial setup if that is what you mean . :) and power cables as well.
