This is a remote keyless entry for a GM. This was used for my 2003 GM blazer.I ordered new ones so I could have 2. I'm not sure but I do beleive this will work on any GM model. It dose have some scrathes and has a nick at the top, I took a picture so you could see it. It still works good. Not sure if the battery is still good in it. Have had it for over a year put away in a draw, And not used it. I can't try it out because once you program the new ones this one don't work on the vehicle no more.Says on the back GM/Lear 15043459 if you want to look up if it will work on your Car.
