PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION!
This HTC EVO 3D is by Sprint. It was originally on that carrier but i had it flashed to Ntelos. However, a rep at Ntelos told me that it will go fine on Sprint still (after the factory reset has been performed, which it has) and would have to be flashed again to any other carrier.
He also said the ESN is clean, however, if you would like to check it anyway, it is A100001B7D13DD.
Issues: There is one screen light that stays on all the time, even when you turn the screen off. When the screen is on, the bottom left is brighter than the rest (shown in first picture). This never caused an issue with me.
It has some scuffs around the edges/corners, i tried to show those in the pictures, otherwise, it is actually in very good physical condition.
One other issue, when i last had it on the Ntelos carrier, it gave a "radio interface resource shortage" warning and after that, i was unable to send texts. The Ntelos guy said that it was likely due to the flash and would have to be flashed again to clear it, i had another phone and was uninterested in going through the flash process again so i just changed phones, then used this one as a "mini tablet" around the house.
But due to this issue, i am selling the phone AS IS. I cannot guarantee it will be fine on Sprint or when reflashed as i am unable to test that.
This phone is still really great (i loved it and actually just ended up getting another HTC EVO).
The screen is in excellent condition.
Comes with the phone, battery (which when last used kept a really nice charge), and battery cover. I am NOT including the charger i had for it as i am using in on my new HTC;o) They can be found for around $2 on eBay, though.

It was still on ntelos however i think it has to be reflashed even so if you want it on ntelos. (i'm not positive) but you can take the ESN i provided in the description and call you carrier and ask them about it.

Ntelos charges us $50 a month unlimited.
It needs 3G, but yes, it says it can be a hotspot.

its not the whole screen, just one tiny light in the bottom corner and I never noticed the battery going any faster than normal. I would plug it up every night at bedtime and it wouldn't run out before I plugged it up the next night.

You can call any of your carriers stores and see if they will do it. You take it in and they sort of reset it to the new carrier. If you have Sprint, i don't think it needs to be flashed.

as far as I know, it can be flashed to any carrier willing to flash it.

Yep, it sure does. I used it on my wifi as a mini tablet once i removed it from my carrier.
