It Does However Appear to have Been Sized, You Can See a Line in the Back of the Band. (see last photo) I am Believing the Metal is Probably Gold. Set with Tiny Seed Pearls.

They are assorted cuts & sizes, I do not know, but someone bidding to use in crafting would probably be able to measure the carat size :)

Sorry it took me awhile to get back, I was adding to this auction & wanted to get it done before I replied.
I have not checked the individual stones out under a loupe, but they look lovely & clean to the eye. There is a natural ruby that has a visible occlusion, which is not uncommon. =(^.^)=
