You get both sets! Each contains a headband and two ponytail holders! These are for ages 3 and up.

Perfect to make an easy costume for your little ones. Tuck a piece of lace in the back of the white one and you have a wedding veil! Construction paper taped onto the red band and you have your favorite devil! I know my little ones did NOT like having to wear any type of mask, let alone trying to see. Depending on your child, a touch of makeup or not, an adult's old white shirt cut into a handkerchief bottom is a great dress to put over heavy clothing. Yes, I've brought them out in the snow before, lol!

These work out perfectly since of course they then can be used for holidays or what have you. It certainly takes away the horrendous cost of costumes stores are charging lately and it's great to have them help!
