No it has two sorry about that I just put one on to take the picture because in the package they were seperate. It's brand new, I had ordered the pair but when it got shipped and opened at my shop there was only one. I just didnt feel like dealing with srnding back one single stretcher and they probably would have wanted to argue with me and say they sent me a pair....lol.
